ON WS: Insert the right hand needle through the center of the stitch that is one row below and k this stitch, slipping the left hand st off the needle.
ON RS: (From back to front as you would normally purl a stitch) insert the right hand needle through the center of the stitch that is one row below and p this stitch, slipping the left hand st off the needle.
