Gauge: 1.5 sts =1” over pattern on size 17 needles for Cowl, 2 sts =1” over pattern for headband.
Needles: For Cowl: 24” circular size US 17, one large stitch marker, size 19 needle for bind off if you have one. For Headband: Size 13 needles.
