Front Neck Shaping: For each side: Bind off 3, (4, 5, 5) sts at each neck edge once, 2 sts at neck edge once, Decrease 1 st at neck edge every other row 2 times.
Finishing
Neck Edging: RS facing, Place the first 5 sts (left front sts) from holder onto needle. Knit in garter stitch up until the front neck shaping, end having worked a WS Row. Set aside. Repeat pick up for the other 5 sts (right front sts) on the holder.
Knit in garter stitch same as for the left front sts, but do not place on a holder. End having worked a RS Row. Continuing knitting, pick up and knit 13, (14, 15, 15) sts up the right neck to the shoulder, Knit across 24, (26, 28, 28) sts from back holder, pick up and knit 13, (14, 15, 15) sts down the left neck, k across the 5 sts from the holder. 60, (64, 68, 68) sts.
