Rows 3 & 4: *p2, k2; rep from *
Repeat these 4 rows for pattern.
Right Front
With size 8 knitting needles, Cast on 56, (60, 60, 64) sts. Work in Double Moss stitch for 8 rows. Switch to size 10 knitting needles and keep the first 24, (24, 28, 28) sts of RS Row in Double Moss Stitch, while working the rest in st st, decreasing 2(2, 1, 0) sts evenly across this st st section: 54 (58, 59, 64) sts. When front measures 17 ½” from cast on edge, end with a RS Row.
Shape Sleeve (WS): Cast on 6 sts at the beginning of next row, pattern to end of row. 60, (64, 65, 70) sts.
Continue to work in pattern until sleeve measures 10½”, (11, 11 ½, 12), ending with a RS Row.
Bind off 8, (9, 9, 10) sts at the beginning of next 2 WS rows, then 7, (9, 10, 11) sts at the beginning of next WS rows. 37, (37, 37, 39) sts.
Work even in pattern until piece measures 30 ½”, (31, 31 ½, 32) from cast on edge, ending with a RS Row.
Bind off 15 sts, pattern to end of row.
Bind off remaining 22, (22, 22, 24) sts
Left Front
Work same as right front, reversing all shaping.
Finishing
Sew shoulder seams.
Sleeve Edging: With size 8 knitting needles, RS facing, pick up evenly and knit 72, (76, 80, 84) sts along sleeve edge of front and back.
Work in Double Moss Stitch for 9 ½”. Bind off all sts.
