LEFT SIDE (BACK AND FRONT):
You are beginning at the center of the back. Ch 66 (66, 70, 74). Turn. Work a hdc in the third chain from the hook and in each of the following chains. Turn.
Row 1: WS (Wrong side) Ch 3 (counts as 1dc). Work a dc in next 35, (35,37, 39) ch. Place a marker to denote the beginning of the yoke; then hdc in last 28 (28, 30, 32) ch. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as 1 hdc). Hdc in each stitch to the end. Turn.
Repeat these 2 rows until yoke section measures 8 (9, 10, 11)”, moving the marker which denotes the yoke stitches when you come to it. End having completed a right side row.
Work underarm section by just working the 36 (36, 38, 40) stitches below the yoke keeping the pattern as 1 row dc and 1 row hdc for 2” and you have completed a wrong right side row up to the underarm. With a new ball of yarn make a chain of 28 (28, 30, 32) and fasten off. Continuing with the yarn that you were using for the underarm work hdcs on the chain of 28 (28, 30, 32) and resume the pattern established on rows 1 and 2. This begins the left front. When front measures 5 (6, 7, 8)” and you have completed a wrong right side row, turn and slip stitch on the next 5 stitches. Ch 2. hdc to the marker. Dc to the end of the row.
