Hat: 12 sts =4” using size 10.5 needles over garter st for hat.
Needles: Cowl: US 11- 24" circular, 1 larger needle (13 or 15) for bind off only; 1 stitch marker.
Hat: 16” size US 10.5, double pointed needles size 10.5, 1 stitch marker.
